Refund Policy

Status: FHelp is currently in active development. Pricing and these terms may evolve as the product matures.

We want you to be happy with FHelp Pro. Caf-Ops Ltd, the company behind FHelp, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@fhelp.app from the address you used at checkout, with the date of purchase. We will process your refund through our payment provider, Stripe, within 5 business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and access to FHelp Pro features ends. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the FHelp Pro billing portal in your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
