Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with FHelp Pro. FHelp Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all FHelp purchases. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@fhelp.app and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and access to FHelp Pro features ends. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the FHelp Pro management portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
