Terms of Service

Status: FHelp is currently in active development. Features, pricing and these terms may evolve as the product matures.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FHelp mobile and web application (the "Service") provided by Caf-Ops Ltd("Caf-Ops", "we", "us"), the company behind FHelp. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FHelp provides AI-assisted body composition estimates, calorie and macro targets, workout plans, and food photo calorie scanning. Estimates are for general wellness use only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use FHelp. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you must provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to spam others;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • upload malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with security;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
  • circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or access controls.

4. Licence

Caf-Ops grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use within the plan you have purchased. We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, models, designs, branding and documentation.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant Caf-Ops a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights to upload any content you submit.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

FHelp Pro is offered as a recurring subscription at £29.99 per month, after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by these terms together with the Stripe Consumer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

FHelp is currently in active development. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Caf-Ops does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice; consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caf-Ops's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Caf-Ops Ltd against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
